Mad Love/Crazy Love vs Blood on the Dance Floor?!

Holy shitte! I was just listening to BJ's mad love/crazy love when i switched the song to MJ's Blood on the dance floor; Not only does BOTDF have the drum beat from knuckles theme from sonic 3, but some of the vocals and synths sound just like some of the vocals and synths from ML/CL!!! @__@
